IMSYS Security Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the terms of processing and protecting Website Users’ personal data. It covers all information collected via the Website under the domain name www.IMSYSSecurity.com (hereafter, “Website”), which the Website Administrator and/or other Website Users may receive about the User while managing or using the Website and its services.

A. General Terms

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement provides information about the personal data that IMSYS Security collects and how that personal data is used.

C. Conditions of Processing Users’ Personal Information and Transferring to Third Parties

The Website may transfer the User’s personal information to third parties if:

In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administrator shall promptly inform the User.

In conjunction with the User, necessary measures are taken to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data.

D. Parties’ Obligations

User Obligations:

  • Provide information, including personal data, to use the Website and certain services.
  • Update or supplement the provided information if it changes.

Website Administrator Obligations:

  • Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Section B of this Privacy Policy.
  • Ensure that confidential information is kept secret and not disclosed without the User’s prior written consent, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
  • Take precautionary measures to protect the User’s personal data privacy.
  • Block personal data from the moment of the User’s request or their legal representative’s request if unreliable personal data or illegal actions are revealed.
  • Provide the User with access to their personal data, allow updates, annulments, or changes to their personal data free of charge, and grant all other rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) by request to privacy@IMSYSSecurity.com.

E. Parties’ Liabilities

The Website Administrator is responsible for losses incurred by the User due to the misuse of personal data. However, the Administrator is not responsible if the confidential information:

  • Became public before its loss or disclosure.
  • Was obtained from a third party before receipt by the Website Administrator.
  • Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

F. Settlement of Disputes

Before filing a lawsuit for disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Administrator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). The claim receiver shall notify the applicant in writing about the claim examination results within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the receipt date. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a court per current legislation.

G. Additional Terms

IMSYS Security will store all the personal information provided by the User on secure servers. The User’s personal information may be stored and processed within foreign countries. The Website Administrator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent. If material changes are made, a prominent notice will be placed on the Website. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website unless otherwise specified. The User’s continued use of the Website after modifications are posted constitutes acknowledgment and consent to abide by the modified Privacy Policy.
